Dandelion Tea

  • Infuse the dandelion root in boiling water for 10 minutes add the cinnamon stick and a small piece of ginger and steep for 5 - 10 minutes.

  • Strain, sweeten with honey and serve!

Perfect Peach Tea

Peach Syrup

  • Bring the water to a boil, steep the rooibos tea in the water for 5 minutes, strain and leave to cool. Once cool, pop in the fridge until completely cool.

Peach Syrup

  • In a saucepan, combine the sugar, water and peaches over a medium - high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, and cook for 20 minutes, breaking down the peaches. The peaches should be very soft and the liquid should be pink. Leave to cool completely.

  • Add ice to a glass, fill 3/4 of the way up with tea, add a few tablespoons of peach syrup, top with a splash of sparkling water and garnish with mint... Enjoy!

Grapefruit Iced Tea

  • Combine the grapefruit juice, tea and sugar in a large jug and stir until blended.

  • Serve with ice and garnish with a slice of grapefruit.

Yarrow Tea

  • Steep the tea in boiling water for 30 - 45 minutes, strain, sweeten with honey and enjoy!

Apple Iced Tea

  • Brew the tea and chill in the fridge. Combine the tea, apple juice and apple slices to a tall glass and stir to blend.

  • Add a slice of lemon, a mint sprig and garnish with dried apple rings and enjoy!

Watermelon Tea

  • Bring the water to a boil and steep the teabags in the hot water for 20 minutes.

  • Scoop out the red meat of the watermelon and place in a blender and liquify. Pour the watermelon juice into a pan and sprinkle in the sugar.

  • Mix until combined, bring to a boil and heat for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave for 5 minutes, pour the watermelon into a pitcher a long with the tea. (Tea bags removed).

  • Add the raspberry fruit powder and stir to combine. Place in the fridge until chilled and serve with ice.

Pink Iced Tea

  • Brew the green tea, strain and leave to cool. Place the green tea in the fridge to chill.

  • Combine the grapefruit juice, chilled tea and sugar in a glass and stir until blended. Serve over ice!

Raspberry Rooibos Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Rooibos Tea
  • 235ml Boiling Water
  • 470ml Cold Water
  • 200g Raspberries
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons Coconut Sugar
  • 6 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 8 Mint Leaves
  • Ice Cubes

  • Steep the tea in the boiling water, set aside then strain to remove the tea leaves. Pour in the cold water and leave to cool completely.

  • In a saucepan, heat the raspberries with the sugar and vanilla for 2 - 3 minutes stirring often. Put the mixture through a sieve, using a large spoon, squash the fruit to separate the pulp and juice from the seeds.

  • Once the tea has cooled, add the raspberry mixture, lemon juice and mint leaves. Place in the fridge and serve with ice!

Fruit Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 300ml Water
  • 1 tablespoon Hibiscus Tea
  • Strawberries chopped
  • Fresh Mint
  • Lemon Slices
  • Ice Cubes
  • Coconut Sugar to taste

Instructions

  • Add the room temperature water to a loose-leaf tea pot with the hibiscus tea. Cover and leave for an hour.

  • Add ice to a bottle a long with the strawberries, mint and lemon slices. Strain in the tea and stir in sugar if needed. Place in the fridge before serving.

Lavender Tea

  • Place the lavender and peppermint into a pan and pour the boiling water on top. Leave for 10 minutes to steep then strain the tea.

  • Serve in cups with honey.

Put Your Feet Up Floral Tea

  • Crush the liquorice root, fennel seeds and cardamom pods slightly. (Use a pestle and mortar or carefully use the back of a knife).

  • Boil the water, add the liquorice root, fennel, cardamom to a saucepan and pour over the hot water. Leave to steep for 9 minutes, add the petals and rose bud, mix and leave for 1 minute.

  • Use a tea strainer to pour and enjoy!

Fairtrade Turmeric Tea

  • Blend or whisk the ingredients together in a saucepan. Warm through over a medium heat for 15 minutes but do not boil!

Soothing Lavender Chamomile Herbal Tea

Ingredients

  • Mix the ingredients together, place in a tea strainer, infuse in hot water, remove the strainer and enjoy!

Soothing Herbal Tea

  • Mix the ingredients together in an air-tight container.

  • To brew, use 2 to 3 teaspoons in a mug of boiling water.

  • Cover and brew for several minutes.

Cardamom Tea

  • Peel the cardamom, remove the seed and crush.

  • Heat the water in a pan, add the ginger and cardamoms. Once the water is hot, add the milk and sugar. Bring to a boil.

  • Add the tea and simmer for two minutes. Strain and serve with Star Anise.

Rosehip Tea

  • Boil a pot of water, steep the rosehip in the water for 10 minutes. Add the peppermint tea and steep for 5 minutes. Strain and serve with agave nectar or honey.

Classic Iced Tea Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 teabags
  • 1 ltr Boiled Water
  • 1 tablespoons Coconut Sugar
  • Lemon or Lime
  • Mint Sprig

Instructions

  • Add the teabags to the hot water a long with the sugar and lemon/lime wedges.

  • Stir then remove the teabags and wedges and leave to cool. Place in the fridge and serve over ice with the remaining lemon or lime slices and garnish with mint.

Iced Green Tea

  • Fill a glass with ice, 170ml of water and squeeze in a lime wedge.

  • In a cocktail shaker, tip in the remaining water and green tea sencha. Close the lid and shake vigorously until combined.

  • Pour the mixture into the glass of water and ice, stir and garnish with mint.

Beetroot & Rooibos Tea

  • Boil the water, steep the rooibos tea in the water a long with the cinnamon stick, cloves, peppercorns and stir in the ginger. Leave for 10 minutes then strain to remove ingredients.

  • Stir in the honey and leave to cool. Add the beetroot juice and powder, mix well, pour into 4 glasses with ice and milk.

Pomegranate & Hibiscus Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 30g Hibiscus
  • 950ml Boiling Water
  • 240ml Pomegranate Juice
  • 950ml Cold Water
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Fresh Mint

Instructions

  • Steep the hibiscus in the boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes, strain the tea, add the pomegranate juice, cold water and place in the fridge until chilled.

  • Serve with pomegranate seeds, ice and a fresh mint sprig.

Raspberry & Rosehip Iced Tea

  • Pour the water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, stir in the rosehips, partially cover the pot, lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, stir in the raspberry leaves, cover and steep for 10 minutes.

  • Strain the mixture to remove the ingredients, add the raspberry and orange juice and stir. Leave to cool completely. Fill a glass with ice, add some fresh raspberries, pour the tea into the glass and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.

Elderflower & Strawberry Tea

  • Place the elderflowers into a container that has an airtight lid. Add the sugar, citric acid then pour the boiling water on top and stir.

  • Leave to cool slightly before adding the strawberries, mix and press the strawberries against the sides of the container. Cover and leave for 3 days. Stirring twice a day.

  • Strain the tea into bottles, seal and store in a cool place. Serve with water or lemonade.

Rose Iced Tea

  • Boil the water. In a large jug/pitcher add the cardamom pods, petals, lemonade and lemon slices. Stir in the vanilla extract and sugar then carefully pour the hot water on top and stir. Steep for 2 hours then strain the tea to remove the cardamom pods, petals and lemon slices. Serve over ice with rose buds to garnish.

Green Iced Tea

  • In a clean jar, shake the water and matcha together. Add the ice, lime juice and mint and shake. Add coconut sugar at this stage if desired.

  • Pour into a glass with ice, lime and mint.
