Your Go To Tomato Sauce

This recipe will help you save money because you’ll never buy ready-made pasta sauce again!


  • Heat the oil in a pan over a low heat, cook the onions, add the garlic and puree and cook for 2 minutes.

  • Tip in the tomatoes and sprinkle in the oregano. Season with salt and allow to simmer for half an hour (stir occasionally).

  • Keep in sterilised jars in the refrigerator for a week or freeze in a container for up to 2 months.
