Trick or treat yourself to these seriously spooky spider doughnuts!
Preheat the oven to 180C, sift the flour and cacao powder into a mixing bowl then stir in the sugar, baking soda and salt.
Pour in the oat milk, apple puree, coconut oil, vinegar and vanilla and whisk to remove lumps.
Grease two doughnut trays, scoop the mixture into a piping bag and pipe the batter evenly amongst the doughnut rings. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until baked through. Leave to cool.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together, dip the doughnuts into the melted chocolate and place in the fridge to set. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle on top creating a web shape and return to the fridge to set.
