Ice, ice baby! Let’s sip on some refreshing watermelon tea this summer…
Bring the water to a boil and steep the teabags in the hot water for 20 minutes.
Scoop out the red meat of the watermelon and place in a blender and liquify. Pour the watermelon juice into a pan and sprinkle in the sugar.
Mix until combined, bring to a boil and heat for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave for 5 minutes, pour the watermelon into a pitcher a long with the tea. (Tea bags removed).
Add the raspberry fruit powder and stir to combine. Place in the fridge until chilled and serve with ice.
