Watermelon Popsicles 🍉

Three ingredients and you’ve got yourself watermelon popsicles!


  • Add the watermelon to a blender or food processor and blend until pureed. Using a jug, carefully fill popsicle molds with the watermelon puree. Leave enough room to add a kiwi layer.

  • Freeze until partially frozen (around 30 minutes), slide a popsicle stick gently into the centre and return to the freezer for another 30 minutes.

  • Pop the peeled kiwi into a clean blender or food processor a long with the sugar and blend until pureed. Pour on top of the frozen popsicles and return to the freezer over night.
