Vegetarian Soft Cheese Pizza

  • In a large mixing bowl, tip in the yeast, sugar and water, mix until the yeast and sugar has dissolved.

  • Add the flour, a teaspoon of salt and a dash of oil and combine until a dough forms. Leave the dough to double in size in a warm area of your home.

  • Preheat the oven to 220C, chop and slice your chosen vegetables, place on a baking tray, drizzle with oil, sprinkle rosemary and thyme on top and cook for 35 minutes.

  • Line pizza trays with baking paper, preheat the oven to 220C, divide the dough and roll in to circular shapes.

  • Place the dough on to the lined pizza trays and cook for 10 to 12 minutes each.

  • Combine the cream cheese, cream, sour cream, basil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Spread on to the pizza base, top with vegetables and a sprinkle of chives and cook for 5 minutes.
