Vegan Snowflake Biscuits

Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the sugar and coconut oil together until fluffy then add the vanilla and salt, mix and set aside.

Sift the flour and baking powder into a separate bowl, gradually add the flour mixture to the coconut oil mixture until combined. Gradually add the milk while stirring until a crumbly dough forms. Knead the dough into a ball.

On a clean work surface lightly dusted with flour, roll out the dough (1/2 cm thick) and use snowflake cookie cutters to cut out shapes and transfer to the prepared baking tray.

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and leave to cool. Add ribbon and tie to the tree!
