Vegan Shawarma Kebab

Tantalising Middle Eastern flavours packed into a pita pocket or wrap? Yes please!


  • Heat a pan with a drizzle of oil, add the chopped mushrooms and heat (be careful not to over cook). Add the Shawarma Spice Blend and mix until coated. Cook until golden brown.

  • Mix all the tzatziki ingredients together. Stuff a pita or wrap with the salad ingredients, shawarma mushrooms and dressing to serve!
