Vegan Coconut Macaroons

Our vegan macaroons are full of naturally delicious coconut flavour thanks to our Organic Desiccated Coconut. You have to try this simple yet moreish recipe.


  • Preheat the oven to 180C or 160C for fan assisted ovens and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Add all of the ingredients to a pan over a medium heat and cook for 5 minutes while stirring to make sure the ingredients are combined and the coconut milk has been absorbed.

  • Once thickened, remove from the heat and form small domes of the mixture and place on the baking tray. Make sure to leave a gap between each macaroon and bake for 15 minutes or until golden-brown.

  • Allow the macaroons to cool before decorating. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle on top.
