Deck the halls with plant-based Christmas tree brownies!
Preheat the oven to 175C and grease a brownie tin.
Combine the flour, sugar, cacao powder, baking powder and salt together in a mixing bowl. Pour in the water, oil and vanilla and mix until a smooth batter forms. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes and leave to cool. Once cool, cut the brownies into triangle shapes and insert the end of a candy cane into the bottom of each triangle (see image).
Mix the icing sugar with the sugar and drizzle on top, sprinkle with decorations and serve!
