Vegan Chocolate Cookies

Quick, easy, crunchy and soft… These plant-based cookies will satisfy your chocolate cravings!


  • Preheat the oven to 180C, add the butter and sugars to a mixing bowl and cream together. Add the vanilla and mix.

  • In a separate bowl, sift in the flour and cacao powder, mix in the baking soda and salt then add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing by hand until crumbly.

  • Add 1 tablespoon of milk and mix until thick. Stir in the dark chocolate chips, roll into small balls and place evenly onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  • Bake for 10 minutes so that the outside is crispy but the inside is gooey. Leave to cool to firm up.
