Tuna Tart Flambee

Tart flambee is a posh way of saying super tasty pizza!


  • Combine the flour and salt together in a bowl followed by the water and oil to form a dough. Flour a clean work surface and knead the dough. Roll into 2 rectangles.

  • Preheat the oven to 230C or 210C for fan assisted ovens. Spoon and spread the creme fraiche on to the dough leaving a boarder around the edge. Sprinkle the cheese on top followed by ground nutmeg to taste. Top with onion, tuna and olives.

  • Place in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and bubbking.
