Tart flambee is a posh way of saying super tasty pizza!
Combine the flour and salt together in a bowl followed by the water and oil to form a dough. Flour a clean work surface and knead the dough. Roll into 2 rectangles.
Preheat the oven to 230C or 210C for fan assisted ovens. Spoon and spread the creme fraiche on to the dough leaving a boarder around the edge. Sprinkle the cheese on top followed by ground nutmeg to taste. Top with onion, tuna and olives.
Place in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown and bubbking.
