Spinach & Spirulina Smoothie

  • Place the frozen banana, chia seeds, cucumber, spinach and spirulina powder in a blender a long with the coconut milk and blend until smooth.

  • Add ice to thicken the smoothie or add extra coconut milk if too thick.

  • Pour in to a glass and sprinkle hemp seeds on top.

Refreshingly Juicy Water

Ingredients

  • Cucumber
  • Mint
  • Grapefruit
  • Strawberries
  • Lime
  • Lemon
  • Raspberries
  • Cranberries
  • Watermelon
  • Basil

Instructions

  • Simply peel, chop and cut your fruit and vegetables and place in to water. Allow to infuse in the fridge for an hour or drink straight away. Serve with ice and garnish with mint. Get creative with the flavours and colours and make your own combinations!

Organic Orange, Turmeric & Ginger Juice

  • In a blender add the ingredients and blend until a smooth liquid forms. Add honey or maple syrup to taste and serve with ice. Garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of mint.

  • Infuse two teaspoons of green tea sencha in boiling water. Strain the green tea in to a mug and add the mint leaves, honey and a slice of lemon.
