Place the chili, coriander, tomatoes, salt and onion into a pestle and mortar and pound into a fine paste. Add some water and lime and mix.
Mash the avocado, add to a bowl and drizzle the mixture on top. Mix until thoroughly combined and top with fresh onion and tomato to serve.
