Who knew pancakes could be THIS healthy?!
Mix the flour, baking powder, spinach and spirulina powder, ground chia seeds and salt together in a bowl. Tip in the agave syrup, vanilla extract and almond milk. Mix thoroughly. Mash in a banana.
Heat a pan with coconut oil over a medium heat, spoon some of the batter onto the pan, cook until bubbles appear then flip. Repeat with the remaining batter and serve with fruit.
