Sunday Lunch Chicken

Get perfectly crispy roast chicken with this mouthwatering recipe!


  • Preheat the oven to 200C, toss the chicken legs in olive oil then sprinkle with rosemary, parsley, garlic powder and paprika making sure the legs are fully coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Roast for 40 to 45 minutes or until juices run clear and the chicken reaches 75C - 80C.
