Spinach & Apple Smoothie

Sip on this spinach and apple smoothie for a much needed morning boost!


  • Add the spinach, spinach powder, milk and banana to the blender and blend until combined.

  • Add the apple, cucumber, dates, linseed and lemon juice and blend until completely smooth.

  • Add the ice and blend for another 30 - 60 seconds. Enjoy!
