Spicy Pumpkin Wedges

Forget fries this fall with these perfectly roasted and excellently seasoned pumpkin wedges!


  • Preheat the oven to 200C and cut your pumpkin into wedges removing any seeds and stringy parts.

  • In a bowl, combine the garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika and turmeric together, add the olive oil and stir to blend. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  • Place the pumpkin wedges into the bowl and coat in the seasoning and leave to marinate. Place on to a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until as soft as you'd like them.
