Forget fries this fall with these perfectly roasted and excellently seasoned pumpkin wedges!
Preheat the oven to 200C and cut your pumpkin into wedges removing any seeds and stringy parts.
In a bowl, combine the garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika and turmeric together, add the olive oil and stir to blend. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place the pumpkin wedges into the bowl and coat in the seasoning and leave to marinate. Place on to a baking tray and bake for 30 minutes or until as soft as you'd like them.
