Spicy Cauliflower Wings

Spicy, tangy and incredibly delicious!


  • Preheat the oven to 175, line a baking tray with baking paper and cut the cauliflower into florets.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, milk, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Dip the florests into the batter and roll in the bread crumbs.

  • Place the florets on to the prepared baking tray evenly spread. Bake for 25 minutes.

  • In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce and sriracha, place the cauliflower wings into a large bowl and pour the sauce on top. Mix until evenly coated. Place the florets back on to the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.

  • Sprinkle with spring onions to serve a long side an aioli dip.
