Simple Vegan Banana Bread
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C or 160C for fan assisted ovens and line a loaf tin with baking paper.

In a mixing bowl, mash three ripe bananas, tip in the coconut sugar and oil and mix.

Sift in the flour, cinnamon and ground almonds and stir until a smooth consistency forms.

Add a splash of almond milk and a handful of chocolate chips, combine and carefully tip the mixture in to the prepared loaf tin.

Cut a banana in half lengthways and place on top of the batter (see picture).

Place in the oven for an hour or until baked through. Leave to cook on a wire rack and serve.
