Whip up this delicious dish in no time at all!
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles until al dente and separated. Drain and transfer to a large bowl. Toss with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and set aside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a wok over a high heat until smoking. Add the cabbage, cook until lightly brown (around 2 minutes) and transfer to a large bowl and set aside. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the wok, return to the heat until smoking, add the mushrooms and cook until lightly browned and tender.
Add the chives, cook then transfer to the cabbage bowl. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the wok until smoking, add the noodles until hot, tip in the cabbage, mushrooms, chives and garlic. Toss and cook until fragrant.
Drizzle the sesame oil on top a long with the soy sauce and wine. Stir and cook, season with salt and white pepper and serve immediately.
