You can’t help fall in love with the rosemary simply syrup and floral gin flavours paired with ruby red grapefruit juice!
Place the sugar, water and rosemary into a saucepan over a medium heat, bring to a boil then simmer until the sugar has dissolved (about a minute or two).
Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool. Sieve the cool syrup to remove the rosemary before serving.
Add the gin, grapefruit juice and syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until combined, strain into an ice filled glass and garnish with a slice of grapefruit!
