Rosemary & Gin Grapefruit Cocktail

You can’t help fall in love with the rosemary simply syrup and floral gin flavours paired with ruby red grapefruit juice!


Rosemary Syrup

  • Place the sugar, water and rosemary into a saucepan over a medium heat, bring to a boil then simmer until the sugar has dissolved (about a minute or two).

  • Remove the pan from the heat and leave to cool. Sieve the cool syrup to remove the rosemary before serving.


  • Add the gin, grapefruit juice and syrup to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until combined, strain into an ice filled glass and garnish with a slice of grapefruit!
