Take full advantage of our healthy rosehip with this raspberry flavoured iced tea!
Pour the water into a saucepan, bring to a boil, stir in the rosehips, partially cover the pot, lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, stir in the raspberry leaves, cover and steep for 10 minutes.
Strain the mixture to remove the ingredients, add the raspberry and orange juice and stir. Leave to cool completely. Fill a glass with ice, add some fresh raspberries, pour the tea into the glass and garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
