Purple Potato Shake

4 ingredients and you’ve got yourself a milkshake!


  • Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces, boil or steam for 15 minutes or until soft enough to pierce with a fork and mash.

  • Once cooled, place the mash into a freezer container and freeze until frozen.

  • Once frozen, place the mash into a blender along with the milk and blueberry fruit powder (and sugar if using). Blend until smooth and enjoy!
