Preheat the oven to 220C, wash and dry the potatoes and stab them all over with a fork.
Wrap the potatoes in tin foil, place on a baking tray and bake for an hour or until soft. Once the potatoes are cooked, cut both ends off and slice the potato in the middle. Add the butter, herbs, and salt and pepper on top.
