There’s nothing better than waking up on a cold morning to a warm bowl of pumpkin spice porridge!
Tip the oats into a saucepan a long with the water, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, spice and salt. Stir to combine and bring to a boil over a medium to high heat. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and cover for 5 minutes, serve with maple syrup, apple, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.
