Pumpkin Bliss Balls

These pumpkin bliss balls taste just like a bite-sized pumpkin pie!


  • Place the dates into a food processor and pulse into small pieces. Tip in the oats, pecans, pumpkin, maple syrup, chia seeds, mixed spice, vanilla and salt. Pulse until the ingredients are combined. (Make sure the nuts stay slightly chunky). Taste and add more maple syrup is desired.

  • Spoon the mixture into a mixing bowl, cover and place in the fridge for at least half an hour.

  • With a spoon, scoop the mixture and roll in into equal sized balls. Roll in desiccated coconut and enjoy!
