Enjoy every bite of this sweet plum and almond pastry!
Preheat the oven to 220C or 200C for fan assisted ovens. Line a baking tray with baking paper and unroll the pastry on to the baking paper.
Sprinkle with ground almonds and place the plums on top. Sprinkle with flaked almond and coconut sugar.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the plums are tender.
