Plum and Almond Pastry

Enjoy every bite of this sweet plum and almond pastry!


  • Preheat the oven to 220C or 200C for fan assisted ovens. Line a baking tray with baking paper and unroll the pastry on to the baking paper.

  • Sprinkle with ground almonds and place the plums on top. Sprinkle with flaked almond and coconut sugar.

  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown and the plums are tender.
