Chocolate fudge in 5 minutes!
Line a square baking tray with baking paper.
Sift the icing sugar and cacao powder into a microwavable bowl followed by small cubes of vegan butter on top of the mixture. Pour in the milk and microwave for 2 minutes, stir and microwave for a further 2 minutes until the butter has melted.
Add the vanilla, stir to remove any clumps but work quickly so the mixture does not harden. Pour the fudge into the prepared tray and spread evenly with a spatula. Leave to set for an hour. Pop it in the fridge if the fudge isn't setting quick enough.
Carefully lift out the fudge and cut into squares and enjoy!
