Plant-Based Chocolate Fudge

Chocolate fudge in 5 minutes!


  • Line a square baking tray with baking paper.

  • Sift the icing sugar and cacao powder into a microwavable bowl followed by small cubes of vegan butter on top of the mixture. Pour in the milk and microwave for 2 minutes, stir and microwave for a further 2 minutes until the butter has melted.

  • Add the vanilla, stir to remove any clumps but work quickly so the mixture does not harden. Pour the fudge into the prepared tray and spread evenly with a spatula. Leave to set for an hour. Pop it in the fridge if the fudge isn't setting quick enough.

  • Carefully lift out the fudge and cut into squares and enjoy!
