Piri Piri Chicken Casserole

Try this spicy piri piri chicken casserole in your slow cooker or oven… you won’t regret it!


  • Add some oil to a pan, heat and add the onions and chicken and gently brown.

  • Tip in the carrots, tomatoes and piri piri seasoning, season with salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

  • Carefully transfer the casserole into a casserole dish and place in a preheated oven (190C or 170C for fan assisted ovens) for 45 minutes or until cooked through.

  • Or place in a slow cooker on low for 6 hours or until cooked through.

  • To thicken, add a teaspoon of cornflour and water.
