Sip on this pink drink on a sunny day and allow the fruity flavours take you to summertime bliss!
Bring the water to a simmer in a saucepan, place the hibiscus in the water, stir in the honey and the strawberries. Leave to steep for 10 to 20 minutes. Squish the strawberries slightly and stir.
Strain the hibiscus and strawberries out of the mixture and leave to cool. Stir in the orange juice, fill glasses with ice, pour in some of the pink mixture and top with lemonade. Garnish with a wedge of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
