Oven Baked Stuffed Mozzarella Tomatoes

An unforgettable appetiser!


  • Preheat the oven to 200C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Cut the top off the tomatoes, scoop out the insides and place in to a bowl.

  • Add the cheese to the bowl a long with spinach and combine.

  • Stuff each tomato with the cheese mixture, drizzle olive oil on top and sprinkle with chives and chilli powder if desired.

  • Place the tops of the tomatoes on top and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

  • Serve with salt and pepper to taste.
