Every picnic and barbecue calls for a hearty, crisp salads with plenty of flavour so why not make it organic?!
Prep the fruit and veg and place in a salad bowl.
Place ground flaxseed in a medium jar; add water and shake to combine. Let stand 5 minutes. Add lemon juice and remaining ingredients. Shake well to combine.
Drizzle the salad with the dressing, sprinkle with linseed and toss to cover.
