Mulled Wine

Celebrate the festive season with a delicious and warming cup of mulled wine. Whether it’s cosy nights in, or getting festive with friends, we’re sure you’ll love our recipe!


  • Split and deseed the vanilla pod.

  • Add the vanilla, one cinnamon quill, one bay leaf, the cloves, and star anise to a large saucepan with the sugar and a few glugs of wine. Heat for 3 - 4 minutes.

  • Once bubbling, add the remaining spices and wine and simmer for 10 - 12 minutes on a low heat.

  • Grate half the nutmeg into the pan and simmer for 2 minutes.

  • Pour yourself a glass and pop those festive feet up!
