Mini Strawberry Crumbles

Mouth-watering strawberry crumble has never been easier!

Instructions

Filling

  • Preheat the oven to 190C, in a mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and arrowroot.

Topping

  • In a separate mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, sugar and salt together then add the butter. Incorporate the butter using your hands until you have chunky crumbs.

  • Divide the strawberry mixture between 4 ramekins, top with crumble and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until the golden brown. Leave to cool for 10 minutes before serving with ice cream.
