Matcha Coconut Bliss Balls

These little green gems are a matcha latte in bite form!

Instructions

  • Pop the dates, almonds, desiccated coconut and oats into a food processor and pulse until ground.

  • Add the cranberries and coconut oil and pulse until the mixture comes together. Using your hands, roll the mixture into equal sized balls

  • Place in the fridge for half an hour then roll each ball in matcha powder until coated. Store in the fridge.
