Matcha Chia Pudding 💚

A nourishing make-ahead breakfast or snack!

Instructions

  • In a bowl combine the coconut milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup and matcha powder. Whisk until combined, then stir in the chia seeds.

  • Spoon the mixture into separate containers/glasses, cover and place in the fridge overnight. Enjoy the next day!
