This oh so refreshing recipe is the ultimate summer frozen treat!
Slice 4 kiwis in half and spoon out the flesh. Place in a food processor, pour in the pineapple juice and pulse to avoid over blending the seeds.
Add coconut sugar and slice the remaining kiwi. Place the kiwi slices into popsicle molds, spoon in the mixture and push in a popsicle stick.
Place in the freezer over night and enjoy!
