Kiwi Popsicles

This oh so refreshing recipe is the ultimate summer frozen treat!


  • Slice 4 kiwis in half and spoon out the flesh. Place in a food processor, pour in the pineapple juice and pulse to avoid over blending the seeds.

  • Add coconut sugar and slice the remaining kiwi. Place the kiwi slices into popsicle molds, spoon in the mixture and push in a popsicle stick.

  • Place in the freezer over night and enjoy!
