No fuss, one pot meatball casserole with a jalfrezi twist is perfect for mid-week meals and leftovers for lunch the next day!
Preheat the oven to 200°C and add the chopped onion and garlic with a glug of olive oil in an ovenproof pan. Place in the oven for 5 minutes then carefully remove the pan from the oven.
Add the meatballs, pasta, tinned tomatoes, water, jalfrezi curry powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir and pop in the oven for 35 minutes.
Top with the cheese and continue to bake for a further 5 minutes and enjoy!
