Jalfrezi Meatball Casserole 🍝

No fuss, one pot meatball casserole with a jalfrezi twist is perfect for mid-week meals and leftovers for lunch the next day!


  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and add the chopped onion and garlic with a glug of olive oil in an ovenproof pan. Place in the oven for 5 minutes then carefully remove the pan from the oven.

  • Add the meatballs, pasta, tinned tomatoes, water, jalfrezi curry powder, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir and pop in the oven for 35 minutes.

  • Top with the cheese and continue to bake for a further 5 minutes and enjoy!
