Pop the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, honey, cumin, salt, zatar and charcoal into a blender. While blending, slowly drizzle in the olive oil and blend until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning and colour as needed.
Serve in a bowl with garlic aioli spooned on top (in the shape of a spider's web!) Create spiders out of black olives (see picture) and serve with black sesame seeds.
