Green Goddess Buddha Bowl

You’ll certainly eat all your greens when you have this buddha bowl for lunch!



  • Cook the quinoa according to package instructions and fluff with a fork and set aside.


  • Pop the dressing ingredients into a food processor (except for the aquafaba) and pulse to combine. Slowly add the aquafaba while pulsing.

  • Place the salad ingredients into a bowl, add the dressing and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve!
