Gluten Free Oat Biscuits
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Mix together the oats, flour, linseed, spices and salt in a large mixing bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk the coconut oil, almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup and vanilla together.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry, stir and mix together. Scoop out cookie dough balls on to the prepared baking tray - evenly spaced. Flatten the cookies gently with your hand or spatula.

Place in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool completely. (We dipped ours in melted chocolate to serve!)
