Gluten Free Oat Biscuits

Try these easy vegan oat cookies at home… you won’t regret it!


  • Preheat the oven to 180C and line a baking tray with baking paper.

  • Mix together the oats, flour, linseed, spices and salt in a large mixing bowl.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk the coconut oil, almond butter, coconut sugar, maple syrup and vanilla together.

  • Pour the wet mixture over the dry, stir and mix together. Scoop out cookie dough balls on to the prepared baking tray - evenly spaced. Flatten the cookies gently with your hand or spatula.

  • Place in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Leave to cool completely. (We dipped ours in melted chocolate to serve!)
