Wash and slightly trim the broccoli, cook for 2 - 3 minutes in a pot of boiling water and rinse with cold water. Drain and set aside.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic slices and fry until golden. Add the broccoli and almond flakes, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper and fry for 3-4 minutes before serving!
