Garlic Mushrooms

Mmmm garlicky goodness for lunch!


  • Melt the butter in a large pan over a medium heat, add the mushrooms, beans, thyme, salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and tender (around 7 minutes).

  • Stir in the garlic and cook for a minute then sprinkle with parsley. Top the whole wheat bread with kale then spoon the garlic mushrooms on top!
