Fairtrade Banana Muffins 🍌

Choose Fairtrade with these vegan banana muffins!


  • Preheat the oven to 175C and line a muffin tray with muffin cases.

  • In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until soft, add the oil and sugar and mix until creamy.

  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, add the flour mixture to the banana mixture and combine.

  • Gently fold in the walnuts and scoop batter into the muffin tins, filling each about 2/3 full.

  • Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until baked through.
