Easy Greek Salad

This colourful dish looks and tastes impressive but is actually pretty easy to make and it makes the perfect dish for eating alfresco!



  • Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk.

  • Add the cucumber, tomatoes, onion, feta and olives to a bowl and toss. Drizzle with the olive oil mixture.


  • Tip all the hummus ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and creamy, add more liquid if necessary.

  • Serve the salad and hummus on a plate with tortilla chips and enjoy!
