This colourful dish looks and tastes impressive but is actually pretty easy to make and it makes the perfect dish for eating alfresco!
Add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper to a bowl and whisk.
Add the cucumber, tomatoes, onion, feta and olives to a bowl and toss. Drizzle with the olive oil mixture.
Tip all the hummus ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth and creamy, add more liquid if necessary.
Serve the salad and hummus on a plate with tortilla chips and enjoy!
