Cheesy, herby, delicious!
Preheat the oven to 210C and line muffin trays with muffin cases.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar and cheese. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and milk together and sprinkle in some herbs then mix.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix. Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Leave to cool before serving.
