Easy Cheesy Muffins

Cheesy, herby, delicious!


  • Preheat the oven to 210C and line muffin trays with muffin cases.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar and cheese. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and milk together and sprinkle in some herbs then mix.

  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix. Spoon the mixture into the muffin cases and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Leave to cool before serving.
