There’s only one way to celebrate Easter and that’s with deliciously thick and fudgy brownies topped with chocolate eggs!
Preheat the oven to 180C or 160C and line a brownie tin with baking paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, cacao powder and sugar together. Pour in the oil, vanilla, melted chocolate and milk. Mix until smooth and fold in the chocolate chips if using.
Pour the mixture into the prepared tin, top with frozen mini eggs and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Leave to cool, cut into squares and enjoy!
