The easiest crepe recipe you’ll ever come across!
Place the flour and salt into a mixing bowl, add the eggs a long with 50ml of milk and one tablespoon of oil. Whisk until smooth and slowly add more milk to loosen the batter while whisking.
Over a medium heat, heat a frying pan with a little oil, add some batter to the pan, swirl the mixture around the frying pan and leave to cook until ready to flip. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown. Continue with the rest of the batter and serve with your favourite toppings.
