Chocolate Chia Pudding

Layers upon layers of perfectly light chocolatey chia dessert!


  • Add the cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla, milk and chia seeds to a bowl and mix to combine.

  • Leave for 15 minutes without stirring for the chia seeds to gel. Mix one more time, spoon some into a glass, top with yoghurt and repeat. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.

  • Top with strawberries when ready to serve!
